Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S to display the Styles pane. Click the Manage Styles
button. Click the Edit tab. Locate the No Spacing style, and select it. Click Modify. Check the "Add to Quick Style list" option, and click OK twice. Now you should be able to apply the No Spacing style via the Styles group of the Home tab. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "sha" wrote: using word 2007, it was mentioned in a textbook, to click on the no spacing button in the styles group under the home tab, i cant seem to find it, i am working with a table, and trying to remove paragraph spacing below text in each cell. |
