Is the language of the *document text* correct? Look in Review tab | Set
Language. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "genie.420" wrote in message news ![]() I want autocomplete to insert date: mmmm,dd,yyyy. When i start to type month, it will autocomplete. However, I must type day and year. When I complete 2007, I get a message saying "hit enter to insert yyyy-mm-dd". If I hit enter, then I end up with 'September 4, 2007-09-04". How do i get my autocomplete date to begin with Month (September) and then when I hit space, offer "4, 2007" by hitting enter? I looked at previous posts, but they weren't helpful. Regional settings are ok (both long and short date) and my default 'insert date and time" are okay, so it is not in either of them. |
