I filled in the text in the first card of the business card template. However
I don't know how to make all this transfer to the rest of the cards in the
template. Your help is appreciated.

The "business card template" is just a document containing a table (if you
don't see the table,
click Table Show Gridlines), and each card is a cell of the table. Copy
the first cell to the clipboard; then select the whole table and paste.
