If you don't want your recipient to see the markup, then you must remove it.
On a copy of the document, Accept All Changes in Document, leaving the comments. Then send that copy. -- Suzanne S. I don't want to display any other formatting, etc. I know you can change your "security" option to hide those, but that appears to be a system settings, not a document setting. I need a document setting embeded. |
