I'm attempting to merge tables that were separated by inserting a page break.
When I view the formatting, I can see the paragraph mark between the two tables, but I cannot delete it. Is there a way to do this or will I have to reconstruct the document? Thanks, Bill -- Bill MacAdam |

Do you have track changes turned on? If this is the case, it prevents you
from deleting the paragraph mark immediately preceding a table - you should be able to delete the paragraph mark if you turn off track changes. -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Bill MacAdam" wrote: I forgot to mention that I'm using Word 2003 -- Bill MacAdam "Bill MacAdam" wrote: I'm attempting to merge tables that were separated by inserting a page break.
