Off the top of my head I'm not sure what's going on. However, perhaps the
Microsoft Knowledge Base article will be of some benefit in getting on the path to correct printing. Article Name: How to troubleshoot print failures in Word 2007 and Word 2003 Article ID #: 826845 Last Reviewed: April-2007 -- Kevin Backmann "Todd" wrote: The original was an arial font which I have and so chnaged it to times new roman and it still prints the words as squares. "Kevin B" wrote: Perhaps the fonts used in the other documents are not on your PC, or the font file is corrupted. Try changing the font in one of the documents and send a page or 2 to the printer to see if that's the case. -- Kevin Backmann "Todd" wrote: I am using office 2007. When I recieve other word documents from other people that are using older versions of office, and then try to print them most of the words end up being little squares or other symbols instead of the words. When I create a document in word it prints fine, so I kn wo its not a specific word issue, but rather some setting somewhere I am missing. I have tried saving the document as a word2007 file and still the samething. Any help woudl be appreciated. |
