I have made labels by using an Excel table and mail merge in Word. However,
Canadian addressing standards indicate that a comma should not be used between the city and the Province. Can they be removed? How? |

How to go about this depends on where they were introduced.
If they are contained in your data file, merge to a new document and use Replace. If they are introduced by the AddressBlock field, use instead the individual fields of the data and re-merge. If they are manually inserted in the merge document, manually remove them from the merge document and re-merge. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org west coast wrote: I have made labels by using an Excel table and mail merge in Word.
