Geting back to old copy
A shortcut is merely that - a shortcut.... to a document. If you have opened
the document via the shortcut then it is the document you have edited and not the shortcut. If you have Word configured to automatically create backups and you have only saved the document once then the backup will be the document before you edited, otherwise it is gone. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org ray wrote: Hello all , I have a word document on my disktop witch i copyed a short cut of it on my documents . the issue is i modifayed content of this short cut not knowing it will affect the oregnal document !! ..
