Default Is there a notebook paper template for Microsoft Word 2003?

I am interested in finding a template for Word that resembles the inside of a
sprial notebook. Basically, notebook paper with college-ruled lines. I know
there is a similar template on OneNote, but I would need the document for
Word.

You may be able to find a graphic of that to use as a background. Were you
hoping to be able to write on those lines or were you just after "the look"?
