How do I stop this? I looked a the post below and did as it suggested but I don't have the listing as noted on step 2. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it... Thank you, Hi, Tori, This is controlled by the Envelope Address style. 1.. In the Home ribbon, click the Style launcher in the lower right corner of the Styles section (or press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S). 2.. In the Style list, find Envelope Address, right-click it and choose Modify. 3.. In the Modify Style dialog, lower left corner, click Format - Paragraph. 4.. In the Paragraph dialog, under Spacing, set Before and After both to 0. While you're there, ensure that Line Spacing: is set to Single. 5.. Click OK. 6.. Back in the Modify Style dialog, if you want this change to affect all envelopes from now on, click to enable New documents based on this template, at the bottom of the dialog box. 7.. Click OK. If prompted later on, say Yes to saving changes to the template (usually Normal.dotm in Word 2007). |
