What version of Word, what version of Windows?... and what do you mean by
"magnifying block"? I don't know of any such feature in Word, itself, although Windows does have a Magnifier utility. However, there is no keyboard shortcut that would accidently trigger it & it isn't a standard part of the Accessibility features. You may have some type of third party software involved, but more explicit detail would help determine what's going on. -- Regards |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "Educator" wrote in message ... When typing sometimes a magnifying block appears in my Word document. I don't know what I've done for this to appear and I don't know how to turn it off except by powering down my system. |
