Capabilities vary depending on version of Word - which you fail to mention,

I've warned the users about this, have marked the text in red to remind them, but they still type in this area anyway which is really screwing up things. Is there any way to set a section of a document so that it cannot be typed in or changed, but the rest of the document can be typed in? TIA |
