To ensure there are no formatting issues
(http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm) set the Adobe driver as active printer and format the document to that driver. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org jennifer72401 wrote: On occassion when i print a word file (Word 2003, Windows XP Professional) to pdf (Acrobat Professional 8.0 - it also did this with version 7.0), sometimes a line of text or a couple of words at the end of a page will jump on to the next page. Then the word doc will show that change after its done converting. The page will be blank, except for that one line of text. When I try to fix it in the word doc, it wont go back to the previous page (even though that is how it originally was). The document contains only text and tables. I think it has to do with the formatting of the paragraphs (keep with next or keep lines together). Does anyone know if that is an issue when printing word files to PDFs? |
