Check Tools Templates and Add-Ins and see if there's a dot file that's being used to generate the toolbar. You can clear its check box. If I run into another stubborn one I'll give that a shot. In this instance, even after I thought I had fixed it, it _still_ came back. Then it occurred to me to close all open documents, open normal.dot by itself, delete the bloody thing from the toolbars list, and save normal.dot. So far, it hasn't risen from the dead again. ;-) Scott |
