Changing the view to Final just changes the view, not the underlying
document. In order to remove the corrections, you must click the arrow beside Accept Change on the Reviewing toolbar and choose Accept All Changes in Document. Then click the arrow beside Reject Change and choose Delete All Comments in Document. See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...ngesWorks.html and http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...ngToolbar.html for more. -- Suzanne S. "Medical Coaches guy" Medical Coaches wrote in message ... I typed a document and sent it to my secretary. She made some corrections and sent the document back to me, but it still shows her corrections on there. So I click on Final in the drop down box, hit save. I then go to send it out to the final party and it still shows the mark ups on the page. How do I get rid of the corrections on the page and send it as a final document that is clean? Please help.... |
