Default japanese word 3 strange screen - new dictionnaries

My question is two folds.
1) I have a japanese version of word 2003. Everything is working superwell
until I use the "FURIGANA" function (having hiraganas on to of the Kanji to
help the reader knowing the reading of the chinese character). At that time
all the text change and I have all the useless indications such as the
character size and so on appearing, as if I reached a page with errors on the
net (I can provide a copy of my screen on request, if you need).
Nevertheless, when I ask for a preview or I print my document, everything is
fine. I guess there is only a display function to activate, but I could not
find which and where it is.
2) with this version of japanese word 2003, I have an english dictionnary
included. i would also like to download a compatible french dictionnary (for
grammar check-ups for example) but I could not find it. Where should I go do
download it ?

Thanks and sorry for being so long.
