I have a user with Word 2002. When he goes to File | New | General
Templates, the icons are shown very small - six across. The resulting file names are truncated and basically unreadable. His screen property is set to display at 800x600. The only clue I have as to problems on his setup is that although he uses GroupWise for email, he clicked on Outlook and said YES to make it his default email. (I don't know why Outlook was even loaded!) That has caused him some other problems. Even if Outlook is set to use Word as email editor, I don't know why that would cause the problem we are seeing in the templates menu. What can we do to get his icons in General Templates to show larger and as only four across? Until we have a solution I've shown him how to change the display to Details so at least he can see the file names. Thanks for any suggestions. -- Brenda |
