updating links and fields when printing
I have Word 2007, XP. Under Word Options, Display, Printing options, I have
both update fields and update links before printing checked, but neither happens when I print. Is there some other setting that affects updating fields and links? |

Hi,
Are you sure you haven't locked the fields? Just to be sure, select the whole document (eg Ctrl-A) then press Ctrl-Shift-F11 to unlock, then F9 to update.
