I created a mail merge document using the wizard, which automatically made a
word document and the data file (and mdb document) to go with it. Now I'd like to use the same data file for envelopes, but can't seem to access it. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks. |

Attach the MDB file to your envelope merge document, from Mailings Select
Recipients in Word 2007 or the mailmerge toolbar in 2003 and earlier - see http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm or http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org DLee wrote: I created a mail merge document using the wizard, which automatically made a word document and the data file (and mdb document) to go with it.
