I have an Access Database Table that Word uses. When I check the recipients I
see all records. However, when I merge the letter everyother record is skipped, why? The record format is the following: «First_Name» «And» «Spouse» «Last_Name» «Home_Street» «Home_City», «Home_State» «Home_Zip» «Next Record» How do I keep it from skipping records? -- Gary L. Steward |
