Save it to the hard drive, then Copy or Send to the floppy.

Floppies are a bad idea these days. Your next computer may not have a floppy
drive. Pick up a cheap USB flash drive and use that instead. Follow
Suzanne's instructions except you will substitute the drive letter of the
flash drive for the floppy drive.

As the other have said, don't rely on a floppy disk.

The 3½" floppy technology is 26-years old and its origins, the 8" floppy is
37 years old. Always copy data to and from the floppy from your local hard
disk. As a storage medium: don't trust it. A USB flash memory stick is great
for moving files around, but again, don't rely on it for storage.

Wow - I didn't realize it was that old! Thanks for that bit of info - it may
come in handy at work. :-)

Of course, paper technology is at least 5000 years old and it hasn't
become completely outdated yet. :-)

But I note that electronic paper is making an appearance now.

Unfortunately with paper technology you can't carry around a filing
cabinet's worth in your pocket.....;-)
