Format the paragraphs of Instructions as HIDDEN text (FORMAT | FONT |
HIDDEN). Then display this text to the user by setting that option - TOOLS | OPTIONS | DISPLAY | HIDDEN TEXT. This will show the user the instructions, but the hidden text will not print - just make sure the HIDDEN TEXT on the PRINT tab of the TOOLS | OPTIONS dialog box is unchecked (it isn't by default).
