I Merged names (first last /addresses/ city, state zip) from Outlook into
Word address label and now no matter what I do it will only Print in Landscape format, WHY? |

I take it you want the text on the labels to be rotated 90 degrees with
respect the the portrait label sheet, but retain the label layout? In that case you need to rotate the cell content before merging.
