Has the search button in Word 2007 been taken out of the open dialog box? Is it possible still to search from within word 2007 or do we now use Windows Explorer?

Hi Koob,
Yes, Microsoft returned responsibility for search to the Windows and MS Live folks. You can use Start=Search or Windows Desktop Search, etc for your searches. The older Find File command in Word 2007 if added to the Quick Access Toolbar is basically a shortcut to the File(Office Button) Open dialog in Word 2007. ========== "koob" koob@koob wrote in message ...
