Why would printer spit out a blank sheet after EACH copy?
ie; 10 blanks in between 10 good copies

They usually have settings that allow you to put empty pages between print jobs, or at the start/end of each copy. With my current printer driver, it's on a "Publishing" tab... Check your printer Properties to see if a "separator page" is enabled.
