A silly, simple question I expect!
Why is the same 12 pt font size on a document smaller when printed on my new HP Photosmart printer than it was on my old Canon model? Doesn't make sense to me. Thought 12 pt was 12 pt! Thanks. |

Are you using the same typeface? 12 pt. Garamond is smaller than 12
pt. Times, and 12 pt. Tahoma is bigger. Also be sure none of the options like "shrink to fit" and "maximize print area" are chosen in your Print dialog. They might ajust image size.
