Unfortunately this is because of an error introduced in Word 2003 SP3. It
has been reported, but I don't know of a workaround or if/when it might be fixed. -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "JohnMed" wrote in message ... Hi, I have an Access 2003 database that I am using as the record source in a Word 2003 document. We are using the insert merge fields in the word file with no problems. The record number field does not display more than 2 digits. You can go from records 1 to 99 and then when you right arrow the 100th record it displays 10 in the "Go to record" display on the mail merge toolbar. It correctly shows the 100 and beyond merge fields for the records in the document but, this confuses users of the file and I wondering if there was a fix for it. Thanks for your help. |
