Hi Dottie,

In Word 2007's advanced options (Alt, F, I, A) scroll down to the
'Show document content' choice and turn off the
'Show picture placeholders'
choice and see if that brings the WordArt into view when you use
Insert=WordArt on the ribbon.

I've used Word Art often in my old Toshiba with XP but my new Gateway with
Vista doesn't seem friendly. I want to put a Word Art graphic in and when I
open the fill in page it types in but on the document itself, only a graphic
box appears with the 6 corner and middle buttons that don't work. How do I
use a Word Art item in Word 2007?
