Have you done as the error message suggests and checked the paper size
matches in the page setup of your merge document and the printer driver (and that no zoom is set in the print dialog). Are you using the correct label format for your postcard blanks? Do you have a header/footer in normal.dot? If so rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot and try again. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org mat wrote: Using word 2003, I am doing a mail merge onto post cards. I can only get two post cards ata time to print and then my printer says to check the paper size? The two that print are coming out properly aligned. I had to over-correct the positioning of the mail merge box so that it would align properly on the post card. Because of that I get an eroor message when I first try to print saying that "I am outside the margins and do I want to continue?". I say yes and it only prints two post cards? Any suggestions? I am using a Laser printer Dell 3110cn. Mat |
