Default WORD WRAP DOES NOT FUNCTION

This appears to be something different from the original question which
concerned overtype - your problem appears to be Outlook related. Ask in an
Outlook forum. This one is for Word.

Could this also be the case if a person using Outlook 2003 sends
emails to several people but only 3, that I know of, are using 2007
and they see the email running off the page to the right? Or, is
there some other setting that needs to be checked/set to correct this?

Thanks,

You are in overtype mode. Press the INS key once.

When typing in Word 2003 or an email message in MS office Outlook:
If I mispell a word or need to insert a word, I position cursor and
type. All the letters ahead of the insert disappear, in effect
causing me to retype everything.
