You could make use of MACROBUTTON fields. See the first section of the
article at http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfm...acroButton.htm. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "kippers" wrote in message ... Hi, I am preparing a word template to be used by external users and want to place some explanatory text under each heading to guide the user as to what info should be put in each section. Is there any way of inserting thsi text so that when the user clicks on a section the text disappears?? Any help appreciated! cheers, |
