Default Search in Word 2007

Michie,
Click the Start button and type the word or words you are looking for in the
Start Search window. The documents containing the items should appear above
the Start Search window.

HELP! In the prior version of Word you would click on open and then to the
far right at the top you could click on a search icon which would allow you
to search all of your word documents for a particular word or group of words.
I cannot seem to find anything slightly resembling this in word 2007. Am I
missing something? HELP PLEASE!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!
