I made a form and I wanted to have reminders that showed up in the document
but not on the printed copy. I tried putting in text boxes and turning off "print drawing objects" but it disrupted other forms that had drawing objects that needed to be printed. Is there a way I can set one document to print drawing objects and another to not print drawing objects? Since I doubt that is possible, what other ways can I make reminders that won't appear on the printed copy? Thanks! |

One way would be to use text boxes without borders and then format the text
inside them as hidden. Be sure to display hidden text but not print it (you'll find the settings in Tools | Options, or Office button | Word Options, if you are using Word 2007). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Jeffrey" wrote in message ...
