Hello
I have been struggling with this. I am using Word 2003 and am printing 3 postcards on 12 x 18 paper. I would like to do a mail merge to print the addresses on all 3 cards at once. It either puts the same address in all 3 spots or it won't understand that it is a mail merge and progress to the next address spot. How do I tell it go to the next one? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

You need to insert a Next Record field before the first merge field in
the second and third cards on the sheet. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
