I am not really sure what you are wanting to do, but if it is to execute a
merge to email, mailmerge can only handle one email address per record. If you want to use multiple addressees for each record then you would need to create a "roll-your-own" equivalent to Mailmerge and the method and code in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm could be modified to do that. -- Hope this helps.
