Header on all pages but footer on only 1st page
That's what I ended up doing.
It wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be....  Suzanne S. Barnhill wrote: Enable "Different first page." Put the logo in both the First Page Header and the Header. Put the footer only in the First Page Footer. |
