I often receive very largeword documents (over 2,000 pages) of data tables.
I usually try to break it into multiple documents. It takes several minutes to select 800 pages by scrolling. Is there any trick to copying and pasting large amounts of data into a new document or a "split document" function? -- LAC |

Are you clicking at the beginning of the desired selection, dragging the
slider on the scroll bar, and then pressing Shift+Click at the end of the selection? -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "LAC" wrote in message ...
