In the Windows Registry. On the Windows Taskbar, click Start | Run, type

regedit

and press Enter. The Registry is organized in a tree similar to the way
files are represented in Windows Explorer (My Computer). Select the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER branch and open up the branches under it to get to the
specified item.

recommend on different posts from here and follow all the
instructions and still nothing.
