I want to have the watermark and format style in the default box so I can
have my wording in the default box?

Word has no way to store custom settings in the watermark dialog.

You can store the custom watermark itself as an AutoText entry that you can
recall when needed, or you can set up a template with the desired watermark
already in it and base new documents on it.

Hi Kitkat,

To add one bit to Jay's reply, if you're using Word 2007 one of the Building Block(autotext) galleries on the Ribbon is Page
Layout=Watermark. When you create then save your Watermark there it will be available for selection, but it won't be added, as Jay
mentioned to the 'classic' Watermark dialog you get to if you choose 'custom watermark' at the bottom of the Watermark gallery.
