My computer came with Office h and s 2007 trial version installed. I tried
it and decided to upgrade to Office Professional Suite. After installation, when opening Word 2007 it still shows non-commercial use on opening. I think this is from the h and s trial version and not applicable to the installed professional upgrade. Am I wrong? |

That's correct. Ideally you should have uninstalled the trial version first.
Try uninstalling it now and see if that makes a difference. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "Greg S" wrote in message ... You are correct and, to remove it, you must uninstall the H&S version. That
may not be possible directly and , even if it is, it will most likely destroy your installation of the Pro edition. You will need to completely uninstall both versions and then reinstall the Pro one. -- Enjoy, Tony "JoAnn Paules" wrote in message ... That's correct. Why not post an answer instead of spamming the group?

I suspected both would have to be uninstalled to get rid of the header. I
always dump trial software without firing it up to avoid issues down the road. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "Tony Jollans" My forename at my surname dot com wrote in message ...
