Using word 2000, somehow the date format is missing, which would show i.e.
May 5, 2008 Instead, I get a whole bunch of alternatives. How do I restore it. |

If a given date format is not shown, you can force it by selecting that as
your default long/short date format in Windows | Control Panel | Regional and Language Settings. -- Suzanne S.
