There are a number of ways that you could do this - all using features
available in Word. One would be to create and autotext entry for each item in your master list. Another would be to load your masterlist into a list box on a userform. You would then select the item that you wanted from the listbox and click on a button on the form to insert it at the location you wanted it in the document. See the article "How to create a Userform" at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm -- Hope this helps. Hi microsoft Gods, I am trying to figure out how I can type a masterlist of statements that have been bulleted. Then I want to create a custom list by just typing in the bullet number and viola' the statement is inserted into my custom list. I am using Word. Do I need to buy another program? |
