Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Proofing
category, use the "Check spelling as you type" and "Mark grammar errors as you type" options (clearing them to turn off automatic spell check and checking them to turn it on). And no matter if automatic spell check is on or off, you can still spell check manually with F7 at any time. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Vicky" wrote in message ...
