Hi,
To see how to do this and just about everything else you might want to do with dates in Word, check out my Date Calc 'tutorial', at: http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/show...?Number=249902 or http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm#Third_party In particular, look at the item titled 'Calculate a day, date, month and year, using n days delay'. You'll simply need to change the '14' in 'SET Delay 14' to '30'. If your letter is based on a template, I'd suggest changing the 'DATE' expressions in the field to 'CREATEDATE'. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "Wanna Learn" wrote in message ... Hello I have word 2002 . I send out agreement letters every month. The response is due back 30 business date from the date of the letter. Is there a calculation so that the due date populates. (Presently, I'm doing the calculation manually) |
