That's exactly what I was looking for! "Automark"... that's where I was
getting lost. I've inserted all of my 'key words', now just need it to fill in the Fields. Thanks, Barb Actually, allowing for the difference between the menus of 2003 and the ribbon of 2007, the answer is the same. On the References ribbon, click the Insert Index button (the equivalent of the old Insert Reference Index and Tables) to get the same dialog as before. Then click the AutoMark button and choose the concordance file. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
