That's exactly what I was looking for! "Automark"... that's where I was
getting lost.

Actually, allowing for the difference between the menus of 2003 and the ribbon
of 2007, the answer is the same. On the References ribbon, click the Insert
Index button (the equivalent of the old Insert Reference Index and Tables)
to get the same dialog as before. Then click the AutoMark button and choose the
concordance file.
