Table of Contents skips level 2 items
Is the same heading style applied to these paragraphs as to those that do

When I create a TOC, the Level 2 letters "a)", "d)", "e)", and "f)" are skipped. What can I do to correctly format these Level 2 items so they will appear when I update the entire TOC? |
