When I view the document on my screen, the track changes edits are shown in

Do you need a new color ink cartridge?
Did you print it using some copy of Word other than your own? A second computer would think of your changes as being those of a second reviewer, the first reviewer (red) status being reserved for the person whose username is that known to Word at the time.
