Default Linking documents to a Word template

I would like to - and don't know how possible it is' link documents to a word
template.

The template is for travel and staff need to complete several additional
forms and attach - am seeking a 'single' electronic way of undertaking this...

I have developed a template within Word and would like to be able to link
additional documents to the bottom of the template. these documents would be
completed seperately and attached as additional information.

Any assistance would be appreciated

I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but why not just insert hyperlinks
in the template?

I'm still not sure I understand in what way you want the documents to be
"attached." If you are saying that they should be included with the
document, using INCLUDETEXT fields is one way. See
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfm...ldscontent.htm.

If you are trying to automate this, you may want to ask in a programming
newsgroup such as microsoft.public.word.vba.general. Be sure to provide the
necessary details.

Thanks Stefan - What I need to be able to do is allow staff to complete a
seperate document and attach the document - it will hopefully ensure that
all
seperate documents are provided with this template

Template is for travel approval and staff need to attach several
supporting
documents - if all documents are 'attached' to template would be excellent
