Thank you Suzanne; this did it for me.
Funny though; when I did this in the Word program that I bring up with my shortcut key from my desktop it did not work. When I started Word from the new Start Button; it worked! So thanks again! In Office Button | Word Options | Advanced | Show document content, check the box for "Show text wrapped within the document window." -- Suzanne S. As an example: Because of my eyesight I like to type with the pane (or typing area) at 200. So as I type the words keep going off to the right and I have to use the slider bar to see what I have typed. In word 2003 the words would trundate and therefore I could easyly proofread the document. Would someone please advise me how to find and set this option? Thank you very much. Bob Castaneda |
