Hi Mike,
Word by itself doesn't have that ability, but MS Office Outlook does. Basically set an Outlook calendar/event reminder with the date (and frequency) reminder you want for a specific document or group of documents. =============== "Mike" wrote in message ... I have doc that I need to update on an annual basis. I have been told I can do this in Word and it will automatically advise me to check the document. Can this be done? -- Bob Buckland ?:-) MS Office System Products MVP *Courtesy is not expensive and can pay big dividends* |
